'" RESOLUTION NO. 01-027 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A LIMITED REVENUE TAX INCREMENT NOTE BY THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON, MINNESOTA I IN CONNECTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1180 OLD HIGHWAY 8, NEW BRIGHTON, MINNESOTA : I, I BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota (the "City") as follows: , , ; i ! i Section 1. Recitals. 1.01 The City and Kathleen A. Miller have entered into a Purchase Agreement dated , December 12, 2000 (the "Purchase Agreement") for property located at 1180 Old Highway 8 ; I (the "Property"). 1.02 If the transaction contemplated by the Purchase Agreement is completed, the City has agreed to pay a portion of the purchase price for the Property at closing and the balance by . i way of a limited revenue tax increment note in a form substantially similar to that attached as : \ i Exhibit A to this resolution (the "Note"). Section 2. Findilllls. 2.01 The Council hereby finds that the terms of the Note are acceptable. Section 3.
