Johnson, Assistant to the City Manager <br /> CITY MANAGER'S APPROVAL: <br /> No comments to supplement this rep Comments attached <br /> Recommendation: <br /> Motion to designate the Sun Newspapers (Sun-Focus) as the legal newspaper of the City of New <br /> Brighton for 2011. <br /> Legislative History: <br /> None <br /> Financial Impact: <br /> None <br /> Explanation: <br /> As part of the Organizational Meeting each year, it is necessary to designate the legal newspaper <br /> for the City.
