New Brighton Zoning <br />Code, Section 8-210 is amended as <br />The Ciiy Council shall have the power <br />to grant variances from the literal pro- <br />visions of the City's Zoning Code as <br />authorized by Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 462.357, Subd. 6. <br />Section 2. New Brighton City Code, <br />Section 6-230 is repealed. <br />Section 3.
