December 14, 2010 <br />Plan over the next 15 years. Lease negotiations with Ramsey County for the library at the FSC <br />continue. There was a walk through with various architects and construction management <br />companies, the City's Project Manager will be Brad Martens. <br />Gina Bauman <br />Councilmember Bauman wished a Merry Christmas to residents, and reminded everyone to stay <br />safe. <br />David Phillips <br />Councilmember Phillips reported the Planning Commission will next meet December 21St, the <br />Stuart Land Use Application will be considered. Councilmember Phillips attended the recent <br />Public Safety Commission meeting; again a vicious dog ordinancewas discussed. Residents were <br />reminded to use their new recycle containers after the first of the year. Garage Door monitors are <br />still available at City Hall. Holiday wishes were extended to all. <br />Mayor Jacobsen <br />Mayor Jacobsen wishes everyone a joyous Holiday Season. Mayor also expressed his gratitude <br />to Dean Lotter, City Staff, and the Council for a very successful year. Mayor Jacobsen is looking <br />forward to the library as well as the upcoming development in the Northwest Quadrant. <br />Mary Burg <br />Councilmember Burg reported the recent Parks, Recreation & Environmental meeting addressed <br />the goose management issue, a recommendation should be coming to the City Council in 2011. <br />The latest Park and Recreation brochures have been mailed to residents throughout the City. <br />Happy Holiday wishes were extended to all. <br />Char Samuelson <br />Councilmember Samuelson thanked Councilmember Phillips and Mayor Jacobsen for attending <br />the recent Public Safety Commission meeting.
