<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the City Council (the "Council") of the City of New <br />Brighton, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 27,2001 at 7:30 o'clock p.m., <br />at the New Brighton City Hall, 803 Old Highway 8 NW, New Brighton, Minnesota, 55112, relating <br />to the following matters: (a) modifications to the Development Program for Development District; <br />No.1 to reflect increased project costs and increased bonding authority and (b) modifications to the ! <br />Tax Increment Financing Plans for Tax Increment Financing Districts Nos. 4 - 20, 23, and 25 - 29 <br />to reflect increased project costs and increased bonding authority within the Project Area, all <br />pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.124 to 469.134 and 469.174 <br />to 469.179, inclusive, as amended and supplemented from time to time.
