Residents were <br /> encouraged to attend Citizens Police Academy on March 3rd <br /> Mayor Jacobsen <br /> Mayor Jacobsen reported that 19% of the New Brighton population are married couples with <br /> children, while 65% of the community are single people, or married couples without children. <br /> Mayor Jacobsen reported he has requested information from the City of Blaine and Anoka <br /> county related to their involvement a few years ago related to the Vikings Stadium. <br />
