RESOLUTION NO. <br />11-027 <br />State of Minnesota <br />County of Ramsey <br />City of New Brighton <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE 2011 UTILITY RATES AND CHARGES <br />Whereas, the City operates Water, Sewer, Stormwater and Street Light Utilities; and <br />201 <br />an analysis of the utility rates in conjunction with a review of the Water, Sewer, <br />er and Street Light operations and the capital improvement program is conducted <br />and <br />the analysis for 2011 has been completed; and <br />the rates will be effective with the customers' first quarter billed on or after March 1, <br />be it resolved: <br />2011 utility rates shall be: <br />Water <br />Sewer <br />Storm Water: <br />Single family residence <br />Park, cemetery, golf course <br />School <br />Townhouse & mobile home park <br />Church <br />Apartment, condominium, senior <br />housing & nursing home <br />Commercial, industrial, & <br />warehouse <br />Unimproved, vacant land <br />Street Lights: <br />Single and two family residential property <br />All other properties <br />$1.47 per 1,000 gallons <br />$3.26 per 1,000 gallons <br />$10.92 per quarter <br />$3.01 per acre per quarter <br />$32.74 per acre per quarter <br />$44.53 per acre per quarter <br />$61.01 per acre per quarter <br />$72.70 per acre per quarter <br />$136.25 per acre per quarter <br />$ 0.00 per acre per quarter <br />$6.92 per quarter <br />$20.76 per quarter <br />minimum quarterly charges shall be $11.76 for water and $26.08 for sewer. Usage of <br />or fewer gallons will be charged the minimum. <br />
