ORDINANCE NO. <br />797 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS IN THE CITY OF <br />NEW BRIGHTON; AMENDING CITY CODE CHAPTER 2 -DIVISION 1 -GENERAL <br />CONDITIONS, SECTION 2-69 <br />THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ORDAINS as follows: <br />Sect 0-69. Absence of Members <br />Attendance at meetings is of the utmost importance in carrying out the work of a <br />commission or committee. If a member misses two eenseoutive one third of the <br />scheduled meetings donne the commissions or committee calendar year (_April through <br />March), the member's seat will automatically become vacated and the City Council will <br />begin the process of filling the vacated seat. the City M,..,..ger shall send a letter <br />if -there are any ..,.1,... absences. if a member misses three eensewtiye regular meetings <br />of the member to the Cit..
