Millions of Americans engage in <br /> bicycling as an environmentally sound form of transportation, an excellent form of fitness and a <br /> quality model of family recreation. <br /> To promote proper and safe operation of bicycles, the New Brighton City web page will add a <br /> temporary link to the Parks and Recreation web page. On this page will be a link to Minnesota <br /> Safety Council.
