RESOLUTION NO. <br />11-049 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 9011 Vh AVENUE NW <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 11-038 of the City Council of the City of New <br />Brighton, adopted March 22, 2011, a date was set for a Council Hearing on proposed <br />Improvement Project 11-1, 2011 Street Rehabilitation; and, <br />WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly <br />publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 12th <br />day of April, 2011, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an <br />opportunity to be heard thereon; and, <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 2011, pursuant to Resolution 11- , the City Council <br />ordered Improvement Project 11-1, 2011 Street Rehabilitation and authorized the City <br />Manager to negotiate a Purchase Agreement with 901 11 `h Avenue NW; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager has negotiated a proposed Purchase Agreement for <br />said property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE LET IT BE RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />New Brighton, Minnesota: <br />1. The Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the proposed Purchase <br />Agreement. <br />2. The Purchase Agreement shall be in substantially the form approved by the <br />City Council with such changes that do not materially change the terms of the <br />Agreement as are approved by the City Manager and the City Attorney. <br />Adopted this 12th day of April, 2011. <br />ATTEST: <br />Daniel A.
