Present: Mayor Jacobsen, Councilmembers Bauman, Burg, Phillips and Samuelson Absent: Also Present: Dean Lotter -City Manager, Bob Jacobson -Director of Public Safety, Tony Partznick- Deputy Director of Public Safety, Janice Gundlach-City Planner, Sandy Breuer - Director of Parks & Recreation, Brad Martens, Facilities Manager, Charles LeFevere-City Attorney, Katie Bruno -Office Assistant Public Comment Forum -held prior to the Council Meeting Each Speaker is limited to two minutes of comment. Council Agenda Approval of the March 22, 2011 Council Agenda The following changes were made to the agenda: • Consent Agenda Item No. 15, be tabled to the April 26, 2011 workession. • The addition of Item No. 17 to the Consent Agenda. • Consent Agenda Item No. 9 be tabled to the April 26, 2011 worksession. • Consent Agenda item No. 2 be moved to Council Business Number 2. Motion by Councilmember Bauman, seconded by Councilmember Phillips to approve the agenda as amended. 5 Ayes, 0 Nays -Motion Carried Council Minutes Approval ofthe Council minutes from the March 8, 2011 meeting. Motion by Councilmember Bauman, seconded by Councilmember Samuelson to approve the minutes from March 8, 2011. 4 Ayes, 0 Nays, 1 Abstention -Motion Carried Councilmember Burg abstained, as she was not at the meeting.
