Form of approval. <br /> 6. The Planning Commission and City Council determined the criteria to be satisfied <br /> and recommended approval of the Final Plat of NEW BRIGHTON EXCHANGE <br /> 1ST ADDITION. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon the above findings of fact the applications <br /> for a Final Plat (FP2011-001) are hereby approved consistent with attached Exhibit A, and <br /> subject to the following condition: <br /> 1.
