These <br /> easements must be vacated to ensure clean recording of the NEW BRIGHTON EXCHANGE <br /> 1 sT ADDITION PLAT, which covers approximately 20 plus acres on the ast side of Old <br /> Highway 8 (i.e. the commercial sites). There are currently utilities lying wi se easement <br /> areas.
