Now 'WHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon the above Findings of Fact the application <br />for Site Plan (LP2011-003) and Nonconforming Use Permit (NC2011-001) are hereby <br />apprpjved, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The improvements are constructed consistent with the plans submitted to the City and <br />attached to the Planning Report. <br />2. The parking lot island within the northerly expanded parking area is curbed and raised and <br />a .tree is planed within the island. <br />3.
