<br />2. Volunteers of America Minnesota re-
<br />quests consideration that a residential
<br />re-entry center, which provides assis-
<br />tance to prisoners who are nearing re-
<br />lease, be added to the list of permitted

<br />trict per Zoning Code Section 6-520 (4)
<br />(D). The applicant proposes such a

<br />is amended by amending City Code
<br />Section 11-8.1 as follows.
<br />Section 11-8. Placement of Contain-
<br />ers.
<br />(1) Garbage, and rubbish, recv�fino-
<br />and yard wastes containers shall be:
<br />A. Placed in the rear or on the side of
<br />the premise, or
<br />B. Placed in such a manner as to be
<br />out of view from the street from in front
<br />of the premises, or
<br />C. Placed in a garage located on the
<br />premises; and
<br />D. Placed in a location for collection
