The All Hazards Incident Management Organization is a Type III <br /> Incident Management Team whose primary responsibility is to respond to Type III, Type II, and <br /> Type I natural and/or manmade disasters and assume Incident Command responsibilities to bring <br /> about a successful resolution to the incident. The Joint Powers Agreement provides structure <br /> and continuity to the All Hazards Incident Management Organization.
