Project 10-1 is proposed to be funded from special assessments,utility improvement <br /> funds, and City taxes. The total project cost for project 10-1 was $812,815.74. <br /> Project 10-3 consisted of the reconstruction of Silver Lane and a portion of 16th Avenue SW. <br /> Reconstruction included the installation of new bituminous surfacing and concrete curb and <br /> gutter repair, watermain replacement, sanitary sewer repairs, storm sewer replacement, <br /> additional catch basins and sidewalk improvements. Mr. Schlichting reported the <br /> estimated assessment rate for project 10-3 is $20.50 per foot; compared to St Anthony at <br /> $92.07 per foot. Project 10-3 is proposed to be funded from special assessments, <br /> Municipal State Aid funds,utility improvement funds, and City taxes.
