This right-of-way <br /> vacation is necessary to ensure clean recording of the NEW BRIGHTON EXCHANGE 1ST ADDITION <br /> PLAT, which covers approximately 20 plus acres on the east side of Old Highway 8 (i.e.the commercial <br /> sites).
