Present: Mayor Jacobsen, Councilmembers Bauman, Burg,Phillips and Samuelson Absent: Also Present: Dean Lotter-City Manager, Grant Wyffels-Director of Public Works, Bob Jacobson- Director of Public Safety, Tony Paetznick-Deputy Director of Public Safety, Grant Wyffels-Director of Public Works, Katie Bruno-Office Assistant Public Comment Forum-held prior to the Council Meeting Each Speaker is limited to two minutes of comment. Call to Order Call to order Mayor Jacobsen called the meeting to order at 6:40 pm. Council Agenda Council Agenda Approval of the October 11,2011 Council Agenda. 11p20111 Agenda. of the October Councilmember Samuelson requested that City staff give a brief explanation of items 7- 10 on the consent agenda. Director of Public Works Grant Wyffels gave a brief explanation of each of the four"No Parking"requests. It was reported that the process typically includes ordering traffic counts, speed counts, setting up speed trailers,having the Public Safety Commission review the requests, and make a recommendation to the Council.
