Requirement of a Landscape Plan: With the exception of single and <br />double family residences the requirements of this section shall apply for <br />all new developments, any redevelopment that includes an expansion in <br />excess of 15% of the existing gross floor area, or an expansion cif° a <br />parking area b, 20 stalls or more. The plan, at a minimum, shall depict <br />the following: <br />1. Boundary lines and dimensions of the property. <br />2. Locations of existing and proposed buildings, parking lots, roads, and <br />ether improvements. <br />3. Planting schedule containing s bols quantities, common and <br />botanical names size of plant materials and root condition. <br />4. Minimum Landscaping Requirements for New Developments: <br />1. A minimum of one canopy tree per lot shall be planted within the <br />boulevard area In situations where there is nnly nne Int one <br />deciduous tree and one coniferous tree shall be required in the <br />boulevard area. <br />2. One canopy tree for every 1,000 square feet of building floor area or <br />one canopy tree per 50 feet of site perimeter, whichever is greater. <br />3. Up to 25% of the required number of canopy trees may be substituted <br />with ornamental trees at a ratio of two ornamental trees to one canopy <br />tree. <br />4. The makeup of all canopy trees must be at least one-half deciduous <br />and one-half coniferous. In the event there are an odd number of trees <br />required the applicant may choose either deciduous or coniferous to <br />_make up the difference. <br />5.
