Resolution No. 11-089. <br />City Manager Lotter suggested Council hold two separate Public Hearing and conduct two <br />separate votes for each resolution. <br />Craig Schlichting-Civil Engineer explained that project 10-1 consisted of the rehabilitation <br />of the following streets in 2010: <br />21 st Street NW - 27th Avenue NW to cul-de-sac <br />25' Street NW - Long Lake Road to 14th Avenue NW <br />17th Avenue NW - 14th Street NW to Long Lake Road <br />27' Avenue NW - 21st Street NW to Mississippi Street <br />28th Avenue NW - Rice Creek Road to cul-de-sac <br />Daisy Court - All <br />Mr. Schlichting reported the assessment rate for project 10-1 is $1.110.02 per benefiting <br />property. Project 10-1 is proposed to be funded from special assessments, utility improvemen <br />funds, and City taxes. The total project cost for project 10-1 was $812,815.74. <br />Project 10-3 consisted of the reconstruction of Silver Lane and a portion of 16th Avenue SW. <br />Reconstruction included the installation of new bituminous surfacing and concrete curb and <br />gutter repair, watermain replacement, sanitary sewer repairs, stone sewer replacement, <br />additional catch basins and sidewalk improvements. Mr. Schlichting reported the <br />estimated assessment rate for project 10-3 is $20.50 per foot; compared to St Anthony at <br />'$92.07 per foot. Project 10-3 is proposed to be funded from special assessments, <br />Municipal State Aid funds, utility improvement funds, and City taxes.
