RESOLUTION NO. <br />11-093 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OFNEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING NO PARKING SIGNAGE ON 5TH AVENUE NEAR SE <br />ENTRANCE OF PARKING LOT LOCATED AT 501 COUNTY ROAD E2. <br />WHEREAS, On June 22, 2011 staff received an email request to add No Parking signage adjacent to <br />the SE entrance of the Donatelle parking lot. Generally, vehicles are parking at this location and doing <br />business across the street at Hypro and blocking the sightlines when vehicles pull onto 5th Avenue NW; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, On August 23, 2011 this request was referred to the September 26, 2011 Public Safety <br />Commission meeting for co No Parking Signage on 5th Avenue near SE entrance of parking lot <br />located at 501 County Road E2. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of New Brighton hereby <br />orders the installation of two (2) "No parking from Here to Driveway" signs 30 feet from the driveway on <br />5`h Avenue NW. <br />Adopted this 11th day of October, 2011. <br />ATTEST: <br />-Dan`tef A, Waiers <br />'Director of—Pinari�Ze and Support Services <br />(SEAL) <br />4 - <br />Dave JagWsen, Mayor <br />Dean Lotter, <br />
