Consideration of a partial right-of-way vacation of 14th ST NW, to facilitate the <br />recording of the plat of New Brighton Exchange 1 ST Addition. <br />Report No. 11-292. Resolution No. 11-099. <br />City Planner Gundlach reported that this request consists of the vacation of 745 square feet <br />of 14th ST NW right-of-way that lies along the northern boundary of the New Brighton <br />Exchange redevelopment area. This right-of-way vacation is necessary to ensure clean <br />recording of the NEW BRIGHTON EXCHANGE 11T ADDITION PLAT. <br />The actual area used for roadway purposes for 14th ST NW will not change and the <br />appropriate amount of right-of-way will be dedicated with the plat of NEW <br />BRIGHTON EXCHANGE 1sT ADDITION. <br />Motion by Councilmember Burg, seconded by Councilmember Samuelson to open the <br />Public Hearing <br />4 Ayes, 0 Nays -Motion Carried <br />The Public Hearing was opened at 6:49 pm. <br />Acting Mayor Phillips asked for comments from the audience; there were none. <br />Motion by Councilmember Bauman, seconded by Councilmember Burg to close the <br />Public Hearing <br />4 Ayes, 0 Nays -Motion Carried <br />The Public Hearing was closed at 6:50 pm. <br />Motion by Councilmember Burg, seconded by Councilmember Bauman to <br />approve the vacation of a small portion of right-of-way (mown as 14th ST NW <br />located along the northern boundary of the New Brighton Exchange redevelopment <br />area. <br />1 <br />4 Ayes, 0 Nays -Motion Carried <br />Public Hearine <br />1.
