Draft Exhibit B-11 <br /> 10. Disbursement Process: Payment to the contractor(or owner in sweat equity situations)will <br /> be made upon completion of work. An inspection will be performed by a City Inspector <br /> and/or CEE to verify the completion of the work. The following items must be received <br /> prior to final disbursement of funds: <br /> • Final invoice or proposal from contractor(or materials list from supplier); <br /> • Final inspection verification by a City Inspector(or CEE); <br /> • Completion certificate(s) signed by borrower and contractor; <br /> • Lien waiver for entire cost of work; <br /> • Evidence of required city permit. <br /> 11. Remodeling Advisor Services: Upon request, CEE staff will be available to assist property <br /> owners desiring assistance with the planning of improvement projects to their property. <br /> Services include an informational visit and assistance with collection and evaluation of bids. <br /> 12. Loan Costs: Loan Origination, Remodeling Advisor fees, and Post Inspections will be paid <br /> from the City's Administrative Budget for the program. Servicing costs will be paid from <br /> program income.
