Present: Mayor Jacobsen, Councilmembers Bauman, Burg, Phillips and Samuelson Absent: Also Present: Dean Lotter-City Manager, Grant Fernelius-Director of Community Development, Grant Wyffels-Director of Public Works, Sandy Breuer-Director of Parks and Recreation, Bob Jacobson-Director of Public Safety, Schawn Johnson-Assistant to the City Manager, Dan Olson-Deputy Director of Public Safety, Katie Bruno-Office Assistant Public Comment Forum-held prior to the Council Meeting Each Speaker is limited to two minutes of comment. Call to Order Call to order Mayor Jacobsen called the meeting to order at 6:36 pm. Council Agenda Council Agenda Arovalthe Approval of the December 13,2011 Council Agenda. December�f 13,2011 Agenda. The following changes were made to the agenda: • Item Number 3 from the Consent Agenda, be moved to Council Business. • Item Number 4 on Council Business be moved to Council Business Item Number 1. Motion by Councilmember Phillips, seconded by Councilmember Samuelson to approve the agenda as amended. 5 Ayes, 0 Nays-Motion Carried Council Minutes council Minutes Approval of the Council minutes from November 17, 2011, Council minutes from Minutes roval of Council November 22, 2011 and Council minutes from December 6, 2011 meetings. Motion by Mayor Jacobsen, seconded by Councilmember Bauman to approve the minutes from November 17, 2011, Council minutes from November 22, 2011 and Council minutes from December 6, 2011 as presented.
