ba The impact of any nonconformity upon adjacent premises is reduced to the greatest <br />practical extent. <br />4•', The extent of any nonconformity is reduced where practical. <br />8. The Planning Commission and City Council found the extent of nonconformities are being <br />peduced to the greatest practical extent by providing a more efficient surface parking area <br />and eliminating a need for vehicles to access paved parking through unpaved drive areas, <br />loving a detrimental impact with regard to dust. The Planning Commission and City <br />Council also finds the addition of curbing will appropriately manage on-site surface run off <br />and not detrimentally impact neighboring properties. <br />Now HEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon the above Findings of Fact the application <br />fora revised Site Plan (LP2011-005) and Nonconforming Use Permit (NC2000-002) is hereby <br />appr:oved, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. T) a proposed improvements are constructed in a manner consistent with the revised plan. <br />2.
