Correspondence <br /> None <br /> V. Old Business <br /> A. Silver Oaks Park <br /> i. Survey <br /> • Breuer gave some history. When the Commission did <br /> the park tour, one of the issues that the Commission <br /> noticed was the encroachment issue. Council directed a <br /> professional survey to determine where the <br /> encroachment was in the park. There was discussion <br /> about the basketball court—wondering if there was a <br /> place to move it based on seeing the proper boundary <br /> lines. On the north end, some residents have <br /> encroached almost 6 feet into the park. <br /> Breuer stated the City owns the land even though there <br /> is encroachment. <br /> 1 <br />
