Report Number 12-079
BRIE-UPON Agenda Section VI-4
the city that walks for you Council Meeting Date April 10,2012
REQUEST FOR COUNCIL CONSIDERATION
ITEM DESCRIPTION: Consideration of Amending City Code Chapter 18, Offenses
DEPARTMENT HEAD'S APPROVAL: Robert J. The amended ordinance would return this specific age reference to the curfew.
Costs and Funding:
n/a
Anthony S Paet ick
Deputy Director of Public Safety
I:\COUNCIL\REPORTS\2012\Public Safety\CurfewOrdinanceUpdate.doe
