The initial phase (approx. 14 acres)was completed in 1994 <br /> with the completion of Accurate Components building. The City has been seeking a developer for the <br /> phase 2 area since that time. The proposed site plan for Phase 2 does not vary from that which was <br /> envisioned for development of this site as part of the original PUD approval. <br /> Simple Plat <br /> The proposed plat would comply with the standards of the I-2,Heavy Industrial Zoning District and <br /> Chapter 26 of the City's Zoning Ordinance. The proposed Simple Plat would create an additional <br /> industrial lot to accommodate the proposed office/warehouse facility. The existing lot is 8.77 acres in <br /> size and contains an office/warehouse facility as constructed in Phase 1.
