• 1.05. The Council created Tax Increment Financing District No. 4 within the Project <br /> Area and approved and adopted a Tax Increment Financing Plan relating thereto on November <br /> 23, 1982, at which time the duration of the tax increment financing district was expected to be <br /> fifteen (15)years from receipt of the first anticipated tax increment in 1985, thereby designating <br /> a termination date of December 31, 2000, pursuant to Section V, Subsection 5.12. of the tax <br /> increment financing plan. <br /> 10.6. The Council created Tax Increment Financing District No. 5 within the Project <br /> Area and approved and adopted a Tax Increment Financing Plan relating thereto on July 24, <br /> 1984, at which time the duration of the tax increment financing district was expected to be fifteen <br /> (15) years from receipt of the first anticipated tax increment in 1986, thereby designating a <br /> termination date of December 31, 2001, pursuant to Section VI, Subsection 6.12. of the tax <br /> increment financing plan. <br /> 1.07. The Council created Tax Increment Financing District No. 6 within the Project <br /> Area and approved and adopted a Tax Increment Financing Plan relating thereto on January 8, <br /> 1985, at which time the duration of the tax increment financing district was expected to be fifteen <br /> (15) years from receipt of the first tax increment anticipated in 1987, thereby designating a <br /> termination date of December 31, 2002, pursuant to Section VII, Subsection 7.12. of the tax <br /> increment financing plan. <br /> • 1.08. The Council created Tax Increment Financing District No. 7 within the Project <br /> Area and approved and adopted a Tax Increment Financing Plan relating thereto on May 14, <br /> 1985, at which time the duration of the tax increment financing district was expected to be fifteen <br /> (15) years from receipt of the first anticipated tax increment in 1987, thereby designating a <br /> termination date of December 31, 2002, pursuant to Section VIII, Subsection 8.12. of the tax <br /> increment financing plan. <br /> 1.09. The Council created Tax Increment Financing District No. 8 within the Project <br /> Area and approved and adopted a Tax Increment Financing Plan relating thereto on October 22, <br /> 1985, at which time the duration of the tax increment financing district was expected to be fifteen <br /> (15) years from receipt of the first anticipated tax increment in 1987, thereby designating a <br /> termination date of December 31, 2002, pursuant to Section IX, Subsection 9.12. of the tax <br /> increment financing plan. <br /> 1.10. The Council created Tax Increment Financing District No. 9 within the Project <br /> Area and approved and adopted a Tax Increment Financing Plan relating thereto on December <br /> 19, 1985, at which time the duration of the tax increment financing district was expected to be <br /> twelve (12)years from receipt of the first anticipated tax increment in 1988, thereby designating <br /> a termination date of December 31, 2000, pursuant to Section X, Subsection 10.12. of the tax <br /> increment financing plan. <br /> • 2 <br />
