1998 Fee Register DESCRIPTION Base Fee Other INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES: The majority of these licenses have not been changed since before 1995. On-Sale Sunday $200 On-Sale Small Establishment $4,000 Plus$100 for each 100 square feet or part thereof of interior public area in excess of 1500 square feet On Sale Medium Restaurant $5,000 Plus$100 for each 100 square feet or part thereof of interior public area in excess of 2500 square feet On Sale-Large Restaurant $7,000 Plus$100 for each 100 square feet or part thereof of interior public area in excess of 5000 square feet,provided however,that the fee for interior public area in excess of 5000 square fee shall be $33.00 for each 100 square feet or part thereof of such interior public area which meets all of the following requirements as demonstrated by the applicant,based on the prior license year. a)such interior public area is a room which is separated from the usual bar and restaurant area and is used primarily for special scheduled events of organized groups. b)the licensee is a non-profit corporation c)a majority of events conducted in such room do not include or involve the sale of intoxicating liquor or wine. d)on at least 25%of the days on which such room is used without charge by a non-profit,charitable,educational,governmental or community organization other than the licensee. On Sale-Hotels and Motels $7,300 Plus$100 for each 100 square feet or part thereof of interior public area in excess of 5000 square feet. The computation of interior public area shall exclude guest rooms,but room service is permitted under the license.
