The summary provides a comprehensive look at how the forces/issues <br /> impact the whole corridor as well as each individual city in the corridor. Where <br /> forces/issues apply to more than one city, descriptions are included under all <br /> impacted cities. <br /> New Brighton <br /> 1. Undeveloped Land. Land use/development and access needs to the <br /> remaining undeveloped parcels west of the I-35W interchange. <br /> 2. Entrance Monument. An entrance monument for New Brighton is being <br /> considered at the west end of TH 96. <br /> • Should this monument be a unique feature for New Brighton? <br /> • Should a coordinated system of monumentation be developed for all cities <br /> in the TH 96 corridor? <br /> 3. I-35W Intersection. A number of issues need to be coordinated with <br /> Mn\DOT including: <br /> • Intersection capacity <br /> • Bridge widening <br /> • Change in geometries <br /> ▪ Need for/accommodation of pedestrian/bicycle paths on the bridge <br /> (none, one side, or both sides) <br /> •ZS7Y 26 <br />
