36. HEADINGS <br /> • The headings in this Lease are inserted only as a matter of convenience and in no way define, <br /> limit, construe or describe the scope or intent of such headings of the Lease nor in any way affect <br /> this Lease. <br /> 37. MISCELLANEOUS <br /> Whenever any pronoun of the masculine, feminine neuter gender is used herein, the same may <br /> include and refer to any other gender and may include and refer to the plural, and the plural may <br /> refer to the singular. <br /> 38. ABANDONMENT CLAUSE <br /> Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Lease, if during the term of this Lease and any <br /> extensions hereof. so long as LESSEE shall continue to pay rent as outlined herein. LESSEE will <br /> not be considered in default of this Lease by reason of abandonment or non-use in the event the <br /> LESSEE'S emplo\ee(s) vacates the Premises.
