For the purpose of this agreement the <br /> City of New Brighton shall be referred to as the CITY and HKGi as the CONSULTANT. <br /> It is our understanding that the CITY will participate in the updating of all demographic information to <br /> 1997 or 1998 including population, households, and employment. The CITY will also bring the housing <br /> inventory up to date including the existing housing supply (number of units), breakdown by type, owner <br /> vs- renter occupied, values. public housing. housing age, current housing action plan, and housing <br /> locations by type. <br /> It is further our understanding that the CITY will update the parks and open space inventory in matrix <br /> form (examples to be provided by CONSULTANT). The CITY will also supply an updated land use <br /> inventory that is consistent with the Metropolitan Council categories for land use.
