• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE ELIGIBILITY OF <br /> PERSONS FOR RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSES; AMENDING <br /> NEW BRIGHTON CITY CODE SECTIONS 4-72 AND 4-108. <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ORDAINS That the New Brighton <br /> Code of Ordinances is amended as follows: <br /> Section 1. Section 4-72 is amended as follows: <br /> Sec. 4-72. Persons ineligible. <br /> (a) No license required by the provisions of this division shall be granted to or held by <br /> any corporation. <br /> (b) No license shall be granted to or held by any person; <br /> • <br /> (1) Under nineteen (19)years of age; <br /> (2) Who is not of good moral character or repute; <br /> (3) Who is an alien; <br /> (4) Who is or has been convicted within five (5) years prior to the application of such <br /> license for any willful violation of any law of the United States or the State of <br /> Minnesota or of any local ordinance with regard to the manufacture, sale, <br /> distribution, or possession for sale or distribution of intoxicating liquor, nor to any <br /> person whose license has been revoked for any willful violation of any such laws or <br /> ordinances. <br /> (5) Whe is a manufacturer or is interested directly or indirectly in wholesale of <br /> intoxiicati g li r the whip atio., of., h h h t th' 1. 11 <br /> or wholesaler prior to November 1, 1933. <br /> (65) Who is directly or indirectly interested in any other establishment in the <br /> municipality to which a license of the same class has been issued under this chapter. <br /> CLL-149311 1 <br /> NE136-21 <br />
