iftRESOLUTION NO. 98- <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> • <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> 1111 <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ON PROJECT 98-6, LaPORTE NW WATER SERVICE <br /> REPAIR. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota as follows: <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required <br /> the City C <br /> heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment oftheaimprovement of:ouncil has met and <br /> LOCATION: 2527 Silver Lake Road <br /> BY: The repair of water service. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton, <br /> IMinnesota: <br /> 1. The total amount to be assessed is $850.00. <br /> 2. Such proposed assessment, referred to as Ramsey County Data Processing <br /> l <br /> 67I0, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against he lands named <br /> nam dmber <br /> therein, and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefitted by the <br /> improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it. <br /> 3. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period of ten (10) <br /> years, the first installment to be payable on or after the first Monday in January, 1999 and shall <br /> bear interest at the rate of 7.0 percent per annum from the adoption of this assessment resolution. <br /> I 4. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the assessment to <br /> the County Auditor pay the whole of the assessment on such property with interest accrued to the <br /> date of payment.to the City Treasurer, except that no interest shall be charged if the entire <br /> U assessment is paid ivithin 30 days from the adoption of this resolution and he may, at any time <br /> thereafter, pay the County Treasurer, the balance of assessments remaining unpaid with interest <br /> accrued in accordance with the statutes such in case made and provided. <br /> 5.
