• ATTACHMENT A Legal Description As adapted or modified from a property description on a certificate of survey for Polka Dot Dairy (aka Tom Thumb Food Markets Inc.) 9/24/71, the legal description of the subject reads as follows: The North 27 feet of Lot 18, and all of Lots 19-21, and that part of Lots 22-23, lying South of State Highway No. 63 (Old Hwy 8) and including that part of Sixth Avenue vacated in the plat of First Addition to New Brighton lying North of the South line of the North 27 feet of Lot 18 projected West to the West line of said Sixth Avenue as laid out in said plat of First Addition to New Brighton and lying South of the South line of said State Highway No. 63 (Old Hwy 8), all in Block 6, of said Addition and including that part of Section 29, Township 30, Range 23, beginning at a point of intersection of the West line of Sixth Avenue and the South line of the North 27 feet of Lot 18, projected West, in Block 6, First Addition to New Brighton, thence Northwesterly (at a heading of 113°24'35" from said south line of Lot 18, 88.90 feet, thence due west on a line parallel with but 14 feet north of the north line of said Lot 19, 188.54 feet to east edge of the Minnesota Transfer Railway, thence north 80 feet to the south edge of Old Hwy 8, thence east along said highway to a point 33 feet) west of the west line of said plat of First Addition to New Brighton, thence south to point of beginning, according to the 4110 plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Deeds in and for said county and state, including any part of portion of any street or alley adjacent to said premises heretofore vacated or to be vacated, Ramsey County, Minnesota.
