Barley John's, Inc., 781 Old Highway 8, are applying for an <br /> on-sale intoxicating liquor license. They plan to sell wine and strong beer brewed on the premises. The <br /> State requires Brew Pubs to hold an intoxicating liquor license instead of a wine/3.2 beer license. This <br /> license will be in the new Brew Pub category with Sunday sales and exterior public seating requested. <br /> Council has held the readings of the required ordinance changes to permit this type of operation within the <br /> City.
