RESOLUTION NO. <br />12-042 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING CITY PROJECT 124, BICENTENNIAL POND <br />IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing for these improvements was noticed and conducted pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Sections 444.16-444.21; and, <br />WHEREAS, there is an established storm sewer improvement tax district within the corporate <br />limits of the City of New Brighton including the following addresses: <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of New Brighton: <br />1. The City Council has received and accepted the feasibility study prepared by the Engineering <br />Department for the construction of City Project 12-4, Bicentennial Pond Taxation District <br />outlining the proposed schedule and the estimated cost. <br />2.
