AT <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />12-039 <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ESTABLISHING THE 2012 NON-UNION, FULL-TIME AND PERMANENT <br />PART-TIME COMPENSATION PLAN <br />the compensation rates for non-union personnel must be set annually by Council resolution; <br />the new compensation plan has been reviewed and is attached to this resolution; and <br />BE IT RESOLVED that: <br />The City Council approves the attached 2012 compensation plan for non-union full-time and <br />permanent part-time employees. <br />The 2012 compensation plan for non-union full-time and permanent part-time employees reflects <br />a 2% Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) and step increases for non-union employees in 2012. <br />by the City Council this 24`h day of April, 2012. <br />iTs, <br />of Finance and Support Services <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />i <br />Dave Ja sen, Mayor <br />
