Consideration to <br /> authorize the sale of <br /> property located at 901 11th <br /> Craig Schlichting, Civil Engineer gave a history of the Bicentennial Pond taxing district. The district AveoueN <br /> ReportNo.12-116. <br /> was originally established in 2002. In 2010 the district was dissolved. In November 2011 a petition <br /> from the benefiting properties was received by the City; requesting the district be re-established to fund <br /> maintenance of the pond. Public Hearing <br /> Four treatment options were proposed: mechanical control, chemical control, nutrient reduction or 1.Considerationonthe <br /> B <br /> aeration. Contractors were solicited, and annual prices ranged from $704 for mechanical control to stablishmento ic�rtennial Pond Taxation <br /> $15,500 for the aeration process. District and Consideration <br /> The City has chosen to go with the mechanical and chemical options; the total five year cost is of Proposedlmprovement <br /> approximately $9,800 plus administrative costs.
