Mrs. <br />Hale confirmed that she does support the proposed treatments. <br />Councilmember Bauman asked if the treatments will be effective this year. Schlichting stated that he <br />believed the problems will be alleviated this summer. <br />Mayor Jacobsen asked for additional comments, there were not any. <br />' Motion by Councilmember Jacobsen, seconded by Councilmember Bauman to close the Public <br />Hearing. <br />5 Ayes, 0 Nays - Motion Carried <br />The Pubic Hearing was closed at 6:53 p.m. <br />Councilmember Burg asked Mr. Lotter if she should abstain from voting, as she lives on the pond, <br />although not part of the district. Mr. Lotter stated that it would be appropriate for Councilmember Burg <br />to vote on the item. <br />Motion by Councilmember Burg, seconded by Councilmember Samuelson to adopt the <br />Ordinance establishing a Storm Sewer Improvement Tax District. <br />5 Ayes, 0 Nays -Motion Carried <br />'Motion by Councilmember Bauman, seconded by Councilmember Burg to adopt the Resolution <br />ordering Project 12-4, Bicentennial Pond Improvements. <br />5 Ayes, 0 Nays -Motion Carried <br />
