Please see attached payment breakdown for details. <br /> Explanation: City Project 10-10 consists of the construction of 0.65 miles of concrete sidewalk and <br /> bituminous trails. Also included in this project are storm sewer improvements to meet Rice Creek <br /> Watershed District requirements. <br /> Costs and Funding: This project will be financed with MSA funds. <br /> The provisions of the contract with Ron Kassa Construction, Inc. stipulate that the City makes a partial <br /> payment to the contractor at least once each month at regular intervals on the basis of the work <br /> performed during that preceding month.
