Consideration of the vacation of a 10' sanitary sewer easement located on 755 4th <br /> Street NW. Report No. 12-151. <br /> City Planner Janice Gundlach reported that the applicant is requesting the vacation of an existing <br /> 10' sanitary sewer easement that is located within 755 4th Street NW. The existing property <br /> owner is attempting to sell the property and is requesting the vacation in an effort to move <br /> towards a closing. This easement runs underneath the existing building and does not contain <br /> any utilities. Staff provided published notice of the hearing in the June 6th and June 13th <br /> edition of the New Brighton Bulletin as required. No comments were received regarding the P Consideaatiog of the <br /> easement vacation. Public Works recommends the Council approve the vacation of the vacation of a 10' <br /> easement. Staff noted remnant sections of the easement existing north of the property will sanitary sewer <br /> remain, easement located on <br /> Councilmember Burgquestioned whythe entire easement was not vacated at this time. Report th Street 15 i <br /> No. 12-151. <br /> Planner Gundlach explained that Public Works questioned if utilities did exist in the northern <br /> portion of the lot.
