(Note: The View at Long Lake is a limited <br /> liability corporation created by Stuart Development Company for <br /> the purpose of developing this project.) <br /> January 25, 2011: City Council approved a revised Development Agreement with <br /> The View at Long Lake, LLC. <br /> May 25, 2011: The City signed the Subdivision Agreement "The View <br /> Apartments at Long Lake", including Exhibit 9 which specifies <br /> City Related Improvements. <br /> April 24, 2012: City Council authorized staff to advertise for quotes on City <br /> Project 12-8, New Brighton Exchange — 2012 View Apartment <br /> City Improvements. <br /> July 24, 2012 City Council awarded the contract for the New Brighton Exchange <br /> Concrete Sidewalk and Limestone Pylons to Sierra Exteriors, Inc. <br /> Financial Impact: Please see attached payment breakdown for details. <br /> Explanation: According to the Subdivision Agreement between Stuart Companies and the City <br /> of New Brighton, the City shall install and pay for the following: <br /> A. Final lift of bituminous paving on Northwest Parkway in front of Property. <br /> B. Final lift of bituminous paving on Central Park Boulevard. <br /> C. 8' bituminous trail located in Outlot A. <br /> D. Paver half circle in Outlot A. <br /> E. Outlot A landscaping, decorative pylons, and irrigation adjacent to Northwest <br /> Parkway. <br />
