<br />~ <br /> <br />! <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-062 <br /> <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE <br />COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN LELS LOCAL 113 AND THE CITY <br />OF NEW BRIGHTON, AND ADJUST WAGES AND BENEFITS OF POLlCE OFFICERS <br />ACCORDING TO CONTRACT TERMS THAT RELATE TO LELS SETTLEMENT TERMS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, LELS LOCAL 113, a collective bargaining unit representing New Brighton <br />Police Officers, has approved a tentative collective bargaining agreement for the year 2000 <br />pending Council approval covering wage and benefit terms between the City of New Brighton <br />and the LELS Local 113; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby <br />authorized to execute the collective bargaining agreement between the LELS Local 113 and the <br />City of New Brighton covering the period of January 1, 2000 through December 31, 2000, and <br />adjust wages and benefits according to contract terms that relate to the tentative settlement terms. <br /> <br />Adopted this a 7~ day of ~ lAne.. , 2000. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />~-A TTEST: ._ ' <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Margaret A. gan <br />Finance Director/City Clerk <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
