<br />.. <br /> <br />.} <br /> <br />'II>- <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 00-052 <br /> <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY <br />WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON LOCATED AT 663 13m A VENUE NW. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain property in the <br />City of New Brighton described as follows: <br /> <br />See Attached Exhibit "A" <br /> <br />WHEREAS, State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have <br />adopted a platting ordinance, approval of the municipality must be obtained before such subdivisions <br />can be filed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of property <br />without platting if certain criteria can be met. <br /> <br />Now, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of New Brighton approves the <br />subdivision of the above-described property into parcels described as follows: <br /> <br />. , <br />i <br /> <br />See Attached Exhibit "B" <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Council ofthe City of New Brighton approves PLOO-3, subject <br />to the following conditions: <br /> <br />I. Submittal of$750 for park dedication fees for the construction of the new home on <br />Parcel 2. Said fees shall be due at the time of building permit application. <br />2. A grading plan must be submitted as part of any building permit application to <br />ensure that the grading shall have no negative effects on adjacent property.
