RESOLUTION NO. <br />12-079 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />XTION MAKING FINDING OF FACT AND APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION. <br />EAS, an application has been made by Tramm Development, LLC to permit the <br />ivision of 106 Cleveland Avenue Southwest, creating one additional lot for <br />lopment of a single family home, and <br />REAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: <br />The applicant submitted an application for a Minor Subdivision on August 30, 2012 <br />but not deemed complete until September 27, 2012. <br />A public hearing notice was published in the September 26, 2012 edition of the New <br />Brighton Bulletin. <br />Public hearing notices were sent to the property owners within 350' on September 28, <br />2012. <br />The City Council held a public hearing on October 9, 2012, where all parties present <br />were given the opportunity to speak. <br />The City Council voted on October 9, 2012 to approve the request subject to <br />dedication of appropriate drainage and utility easements. <br />REAS, the City Council makes the following Finds of Fact with regard to the Minor <br />)division (MS2012-002): <br />The property proposed for subdivision is located at 106 Cleveland AVE SW. <br />The property's parcel identification number is 323023110009. <br />The property consists of 25,330 SF or 0.58 acres in area. <br />The property is zoned R —1, Single Family Residential. <br />The property is guided in the New Brighton Comprehensive Plan for Low Density <br />Residential. <br />The existing dimensions of the property are approximately 225' x 112.6'. <br />The proposed dimensions of the subdivided lots will be 115.37' x 101.15' and 110' x <br />112.60'. <br />The existing home is proposed to remain on the northerly proposed Tract B parcel. <br />The existing property is legally described as follows: <br />That part of the N %Z of the S %Z of the NE % of Section 32, T.30, R.23, Ramsey <br />County, MN, lying southerly of the north 105.0 feet and easterly the east line of T.H. <br />394-35W. Subject to roads. <br />The proposed legal descriptions of the subdivided parcels are as follows: <br />Proposed Tract B (Homestead parcel <br />That part of the N '/2 of the S %z of the NE 1/ of Section 32, T.30, R.23, Ramsey <br />County, MN, lying southerly of the north 105.0 feet; northerly of the south 110.0 feet <br />and easterly of the east line of T.H. 394-35W.
