The City <br /> has experienced that many of these pipes are rusting, some with structural failures. <br /> Once rusted, CMPs are more susceptible to plugging or collapsing, which may <br /> lead to reduced or total loss of conveyance capacity. Staff will inventory the CMP <br /> pipes and prepare recommendations for the Council. <br /> o The City has not currently developed or adopted a wetland or shoreland <br /> ordinance. <br /> • Implementation Plan (Section 6) has been updated to reflect the anticipated projects, <br /> programs, and studies the City anticipates completing in the next 10 years.
