(Note: The View at Long Lake is a limited liability corporation created by <br /> Stuart Development Company for the purpose of developing this project.) <br /> January 25,2011: City Council approved a revised Development Agreement with The View at <br /> Long Lake,LLC. <br /> May 25,2011: The City signed the Subdivision Agreement "The View Apartments at Long <br /> Lake", including Exhibit 9 which specifies City Related Improvements. <br /> Financial Impact: The total estimated project cost for landscaping is $69,000 and $56,000 for street and <br /> sidewalk construction. <br /> Explanation: The purpose of this item is to advance the project to the next step which is to publicly advertise for <br /> quotes. Quotes are tentatively scheduled to be opened in May, with construction to begin in June. According to <br /> the Subdivision Agreement as indicated in Exhibit 9,the City shall install and pay for the following: <br /> A. Final lift of bituminous paving on Northwest Parkway in front of Property. <br /> B. Final lift of bituminous paving on Central Park Boulevard. <br /> C. 8' bituminous trail located in Outlot A. <br /> D. Paver half circle in Outlot A. <br /> E. Outlot A landscaping, decorative pylons, and irrigation adjacent to Northwest Parkway. <br /> F. All landscaping of the center median on Central Park Boulevard per the Kimley-Horn Plan dated <br /> 4/11/06. <br /> Costs and Funding: These are project costs of the New Brighton Exchange and will be paid for by the <br /> respect' e TIF istricts.
